The scale hasn't moved in months, despite doing everything right
You start strong every Monday and fall apart by week three
Your body is changing even when your weight isn't, more fat around the belly, less definition everywhere else
You're exhausted by workouts that used to energize you

It's not your willpower. It's
not your hormones, entirely. It's not your age. There's a specific biological reason for what's
happening to your body right now, and once you see it, you can't unsee it.

None of them are about
discipline. All of them are fixable.

discipline. All of them are fixable.

And what to use instead. You'll leave knowing exactly what to stop doing this week.

he shift that turns staying lean from something you fight for into simply who you are.

When Lori came to us in her 50s, she was eating under 900 calories a day and working out twice a day. She also has Crohn's disease, which makes everything more complicated.
She was exhausted, skeptical, and convinced nothing would ever work for her.
We didn't cut more. We didn't add more cardio. We did the opposite. Slowly increased her food. Shifted her training away from punishing cardio and into progressive lifting, just a few sessions a week. Added a daily step goal. That was it.
She's now eating 2,300 calories a day, including over 200 grams of carbs. And it's the lowest weight she's ever been in her life. Her hormones normalized. Her sleep improved. Her fear of food is completely gone.
The thing that changed wasn't her effort. It was the strategy.

Jen is a Physician Assistant with 15 years of clinical experience in orthopedics, spine and pain management. She's also an IFBB Pro bodybuilder and Certified Nutrition Coach.
That combination matters, because she understands what happens inside a woman's body under stress, restriction, and the wrong training load at a clinical level. And she's lived every version of this herself: skinny fat, 5% body fat, gained it back fast, hormone issues, the lot.
In the last 15 years, Jen and her team at Empower Health and Fitness have helped over 3,000 women get lean after 35, in a way that finally fits their real life, not an ideal version of it.
"I've been every version of this woman. So I know what actually works, and what doesn't."
These women aren't on a diet. They're not in a 12-week program. They've used the same 4-part framework Jen will walk you through on the workshop, and built a way of eating, training and living that finally works for their body and their stage of life.

"Down over 150 lbs. Binge-free for five years. I now maintain my weight without tracking food at all. I finally fit into clothes I never thought possible, while managing a life that would break most people."
Sarah
Mom of two, full-time worker, military spouse

"I went from a binge-restrict cycle on weekends to competing in a bodybuilding show in the best shape of my life. I now manage my own programming entirely. I no longer fly off the rails on weekends. I don't need to."
Heather
Pharmacist, blended family of six kids

“I thought I knew what to do because I worked in healthcare, but I couldn’t stay consistent for myself. This completely changed how I approach fitness and nutrition. I built strength, changed my body composition, and finally stopped letting the scale control my mindset.”
Deanna
37, family nurse practitioner, business owner, mom of two boys

"15 lbs in 16 weeks. Without tracking a single calorie. Wine included. I realized I didn't have to miss out on life to look and feel great."
Lanelle
60s, going through a divorce, social career that requires eating out

“After years of frustration and feeling defeated in my body, I finally learned how to fuel myself properly and stay consistent without extremes. I lost the weight, regained my confidence, and welcomed my baby girl feeling healthier and stronger than ever.”
Romekka
Went through an infertility journey, pregnancy, and postpartum

“I was eating under 900 calories, doing two workouts a day, and still seeing no changes. Now I’m eating over 2,300 calories, stronger than ever, and finally free from the fear of food. I feel amazing in my body again and can actually enjoy life without obsessing over every bite.”
